I took my son to Crusader Community Health in Rockford for a routine sick visit, and the experience was extremely disappointing and concerning. The provider made unfounded assumptions about my childβs health and reported false concerns to DCFS, despite my sonβs complete medical clearance from multiple reputable hospitals, including DuPage Pediatrics and Northwestern Medicine. Rather than reviewing his full medical history or communicating with his established doctors, Crusader jumped to conclusions that caused unnecessary stress, wasted time, and triggered a DCFS investigationβone that has since been fully cleared by verified medical evidence. During the visit, they used an incorrect blood pressure cuff, leading to claims of low blood pressure without any proper follow-up instructions. Additionally, baseless accusations of malnutrition were made, despite the fact that no care plan had ever suggested this concern. These errors reflect a serious lack of proper equipment, training, and professional judgment, putting children at unnecessary risk. Parents deserve clinics that listen, review records thoroughly, and communicate responsibly before making damaging claims. I will never ret

Worst clinic experience ever. I almost felt like I knew more then the dr knew about the kind of meds I needed. Never sent my prescription to CVS. A Bunch of Fresh out of College Dr's who comes and goes from this clinic who have no clue how to diagnose properly. And even worst. Act as if they don't care. Very rushing to get you in and out of an appointment. Called the front desk to ask if I can speak to Dr Asaad or what ever her name is about why my meds wasn't sent over to the Pharmacy only to be given the run around. Terrible clinic and terrible staff. The critics about this place are most definitley true. I tried to go in open minded. But was proven wrong. And I almost feel like they purposely don't give the proper service so that they can keep making mutiple appointments to keep bringing you back to keep charging your insurence company more each visit instead of fixing your problem right there on the first 2 visits. Shouldn't have to keep coming back multiple times when my problems aren't that too severe.. The health care system is a joke since the 90s And early 2000s. These people really do not care. Just come to work for the Paycheck and that's about it for them. No passion in

Got checked in by Angela at the front desk only so I could sit there for 45mins waiting in the lobby, went to see how long the wait would be only for to find out Angela never checked me in properly and acted like she didn't care, never apologized, my doctor had left by then. Luckily the other receptionist was a lot more helpful. Angela seems to be lacking in general customer service skills, accountability, and problem solving. 1 out of 5 stars would not recommend her.

I had a really wonderful experience at this doctor's office. Everyone was very friendly and explained everything patiently. Janet the phlebotomist has a wonderful personality and she's gentle, no pain with her. Mary ann the nurse practitioner and Gabriela were both awesome and made me feel comfortable. They were very professional and were able to answer all of my questions. When I left I was more educated on my health. Thank you all! I hope they get to see this so they'll know that they rock and they're appreciated.
